Ralph Haddad

Ralph Haddad is a Governance and Operational Excellence Advisor who specializes in streamlining processes and empowering leaders. Currently, they serve as a Steering Committee Member for the Montreal Integrity Network while also holding the position of Regional Head of Compliance at Glencore, where they lead compliance initiatives across industrial assets in North America. Previously, Ralph has held significant roles, including Global Compliance Leader and Regional Head of Ethics and Compliance at SNC-Lavalin, and Compliance Officer at CAE. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from McGill University.
