Robin Frati has extensive experience in global employer services, currently holding a position in Group Rewards at Glencore since August 2021. Prior to this role, Robin worked at Deloitte Switzerland from July 2018 to July 2021 as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, including a three-month assignment in Bucharest focused on coordinating outsourcing processes. Robin began the career in consulting at PwC as a Consulting Trainee in early 2017 and gained legal experience as an Assistant Lawyer Trainee at Cabinet d'avocats LONGUET in July 2012. Robin holds a Master’s degree in Management from NEOMA Business School, completed in 2019, and has studied at Singapore Management University and in preparatory classes at Lycée du Parc in Lyon. Robin completed secondary education at Lycée Saint Marc in Lyon, earning a Baccalauréat Scientifique.
