Shah Chaudari

Shah Chaudari is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the mining industry, currently serving as the Global Head of Technical at Glencore Copper. Shah held the position of Manager of Strategic Mine Planning at Cerrejón Colombia from 2018 to 2022, where significant operational cost reductions and sustainable strategies were implemented. Prior to that, Shah was the Head of Strategic Planning at PT Adaro Energy, Tbk from 2012 to 2018, where they improved mine planning practices and mentored local engineers. Shah's earlier career included various roles at BHP and experience in the QLD coal fields, where they gained valuable insights into mining operations and technology. Shah is presently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering at The University of Queensland and an MBA at La Trobe University.
