Shaun Booth is a seasoned professional in the mining industry with extensive experience in project management and resource development. Currently serving as Group Manager Resource Development at Glencore since January 2009, Shaun oversees the development of business cases for new mining projects in Glencore Coal Australia and manages various mine expansion concept studies and recovery projects. Prior roles include Project Manager for the Ravensworth North Pre-Feasibility Project at Xstrata Coal NSW and Mining Manager at Bulga Coal Management, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive aspects of mining operations. Shaun's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Newcastle, complemented by a Certificate in Open Cut Mine Manager’s Competency from the Department of Primary Resources, N.S.W.
