Steve Walsh

Steve Walsh is an experienced professional in the field of cost estimation and project control, currently serving as the Functional Lead Cost Estimating at Glencore since July 2022. Prior roles include Cost Estimator at BHP from May 2018 to June 2022, Cost Controller at Origin Energy from January 2017 to March 2018, and Project Cost Controller at Australia Pacific LNG Pty Ltd. between July 2011 and December 2016. Earlier in the career, Steve worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Currie & Brown from January 2008 to June 2011. Steve Walsh obtained a Bachelor of Urban Development with a focus on Quantity Surveying from Queensland University of Technology, completing this degree in 2010.
