Stian H. is a seasoned professional in risk and security management, currently serving as the Regional Representative for NSR - Næringslivets Sikkerhetsråd in Agder since January 2024. Stian has extensive experience in the field, having held the position of Risk & Security Manager at Glencore since June 2019 and previously serving in various roles at Agder politidistrikt from June 2004 to June 2019, including Police Superintendent and Chief Inspector. Stian's career began in the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Military Officer from June 1998 to June 2001. Stian holds a Master of Science in Risk, Safety, and Security Management from the University of Stavanger, a Bachelor's degree from University of Agder, and has completed officer candidate school at Befalsskolen.
