Thabo Baba

Thabo Baba is currently the Maintenance Superintendent at Glencore and holds extensive experience in the engineering field. They began their career as a Technician at Raumix Aggregates from 2011 to 2016 and progressed through several roles, including Engineer Trainee and Maintenance Specialist at Glencore and Samancor Chrome, respectively. Thabo has completed a National Diploma in Engineering Mechanical from Vaal University of Technology, a Baccalaureus Technologiae in Mechanical Engineering, and a BSc (Hons) in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Pretoria. They are also pursuing a Senior Leaders Development degree in Organizational Leadership at Wits Business School.
