Thierry Pichette

Thierry Pichette is an experienced professional with a background in project management and engineering consulting, currently serving in Project Services - Capital Management & Governance at Glencore since January 2023. In this role, Thierry is accountable for the services and systems supporting metallurgical and closure assets across North America, Europe, and the Philippines, and plays a key role in enabling Capital Management Governance and Assurance through the Capital Management Framework. Prior to this, from March 2021 to January 2023, Thierry was a Project Manager and Engineering Consultant at Tetra Tech, managing CAPEX and OPEX strategies for Glencore. Thierry's career also includes diverse roles such as an External Project Consultant at Franklin Templeton, and various positions in engineering and counseling, highlighting strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Thierry holds a Master’s degree in Management from Imperial College Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
