Thomas Mititelu

Thomas Mititelu currently serves as the E&P Head of Technical at Glencore, overseeing production, development, and drilling operations across West African assets since February 2013. As a member of the senior management team, Thomas has contributed to the growth of Glencore's Oil Exploration & Production business, with operations in Chad, Cameroon, and Egypt. Prior to Glencore, Thomas held the position of Subsurface Team Leader at RWE DEA, managing gas field operations, and served as a Senior Reservoir Engineer and Corporate Reserves Manager at GDF Suez, focusing on Southern North Sea developments and reservoir studies. Additional experience includes roles at Talisman Energy and LASMO/Monument Oil & Gas. Thomas holds an MEng Hons in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
