Tom Large

Tom Large has over a decade of experience in the trading and risk management sectors, currently serving as an Asset Trader at Glencore since November 2010. In this role, Tom manages refinery feeds, production, and sales, focusing on downstream business development in South Africa and overseeing portfolio risk for the Astron business. Previously, Tom held positions as a Risk Manager for Residuals & LNG and worked as a Crude and Middle Distillates Operator. Tom gained initial exposure to the industry as an intern in Treasury & Cash Management at SGS in 2009. Academic credentials include a degree from The University of Sheffield (2007-2010) and secondary education at Reigate Grammar School (2001-2007).
