Troy Wilson

Troy Wilson is an experienced professional in the mining and resource sector, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence and Technology for Copper at Glencore since March 2022, alongside the role of COO for Glencore Copper Australia since September 2021. Prior to these positions, Troy held various leadership roles within Glencore Copper, Nyrstar, BHP, Swick Mining Services Ltd, East Tennessee Zinc Company LLC, and Mount Isa Mines, accumulating extensive expertise in operational excellence, mine management, and US operations. Troy's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and an Executive Master of Business Administration from The University of Queensland.
