Victor Ditle

Victor Ditle is an experienced professional in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as the General Manager of Tailings at Glencore since May 2024. As the Chief Executive Officer of VIC-GIS Civil and Mining PMS since December 2012, Victor has a strong background in project management services. Previous roles include Director at Paragon Earthworks and Construction, Technical Manager and Operations-Projects Manager at Paragon Tailings, and Operations Director at Refilwe Monageng Trading Enterprise. With extensive experience at AngloGold Ashanti and Fraser Alexander, Victor has held various management positions including Business Area Manager for West Africa, Project Manager for Strategy & Business Development, and Site Manager roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Africa and an Advanced Diploma in Business Project Management from the University of Cape Town, along with several other certifications in project management and mine residue disposal.
