Yeny Cachicatari Ing. has extensive experience in industrial engineering and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Chef Amélioration Continue and Coordonnatrice Amélioration continue at Glencore since November 2020, Yeny has previously held positions such as Superviseure Génie Manufacturier at Metaltech-Omega inc. and Responsable génie manufacturier at Security Chimneys International. Responsibilities have included supervising industrial engineering teams, supporting upper management in performance measurement, managing Lean improvement programs, and overseeing equipment procurement projects. Yeny holds an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa and has furthered education through Cégep de Chicoutimi, École des dirigeants HEC Montréal, and the Mouvement québécois de la qualité.
