Established in 1957, the Gleneagle Group is one of Ireland’s leading names in hospitality, entertainment, and events. A family-founded and family-led business, we are proudly based in Killarney, Co. Kerry, with operations that span hotels, live entertainment venues, leisure facilities, dining experiences, and conference centers.

At our core is the iconic Gleneagle Hotel – a landmark property that has welcomed generations of guests. Surrounding it is a vibrant collection of brands including the (INEC) Gleneagle Arena (Ireland’s largest venue outside Dublin), Hotel67, Gleneagle Apartments, Fiadh Restaurant, Gleneagle Leisure & Wellness, and Gleneagle Conferences & Events (formerly Killarney Convention Centre). We also operate the award-winning Maritime Hotel & Live By The Bay Entertainment Venue in Bantry, West Cork.

Led by Managing Director Patrick O’Donoghue, the Gleneagle Group blends innovation with tradition. We believe in building guest loyalty through genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and a commitment to continuously evolving our offering. Our in-house marketing, sales, and revenue teams are results-driven and creative, leveraging technology, data, and strong industry partnerships to enhance performance across all areas.

From large-scale concerts and festivals to midweek leisure breaks, family holidays and, national & international conferences and events – we deliver experiences that connect people and place. Our venues host hundreds of thousands of guests each year, driving tourism to the southwest and supporting our local economy.

Sustainability, community, and staff development are central to our ethos. With over 350 team members, many of whom have been with us for decades, we foster a culture of collaboration, opportunity, and shared pride in our work.

As we look to the future – including the 25th anniversary of the (INEC) Gleneagle Arena in 2025– our vision remains focused: to be Ireland’s most trusted and beloved hospitality group.
