Andreea Negroiu

Andreea Negroiu has extensive experience in treasury and sustainability roles, currently serving as Head of Treasury and Sustainability at Glenhawk from February 2020 to August 2024, following positions as Treasury Manager and Treasury Associate. Prior to Glenhawk, Andreea worked at NewDay from February 2017 to November 2019 as a Treasury Specialist, focusing on funding and rate management, cash management, liquidity management, and securitisation reporting, including notable projects like ABS deal origination and private revolving line of credit expansions. Earlier experience includes a role as Graduate Analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, working on securitisation deals, and as a Summer Intern at RBS Markets and International Banking, with a focus on currency trading and high yield fixed income analysis. Andreea began a career in AIESEC City in business development before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from Cass Business School and completing high school at Mihai Viteazul National College in Romania, specializing in mathematics.
