Fran Thomas

Fran Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and risk management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Director of Internal Audit at Glenmede, Fran has held this position since April 1985 at The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A. Additionally, Fran has been involved with Plymouth Fire Co since 2008 as Fire Police Lieutenant and Treasurer. Fran's leadership roles include serving as a board member for the Philadelphia Area Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners from 2003 to 2009, and as a Director for the Fiduciary and Investment Risk Management Association from 1996 to 2006, where Fran also held the positions of President and Vice President. Fran's early career included roles as a Senior Internal Auditor at various insurance companies and as an Internal Auditor at Bamberger's. Education includes an MBA in Management Information Systems from Drexel University and a BS in Finance from Philadelphia University. Fran also completed a certificate program at the Cannon Financial Institute.
