Consulting. Coaching. Building Capacity.

Glenn + Company LLC was created to assist non-profit organizations in becoming more business savvy along with helping “for-profit” enterprises in becoming more socially responsible & knowledgeable.

Our mission is to facilitate & promote the growth of socially-conscious business endeavors.
We accomplish this by building individuals & organizations ability to do something new or different. In short, we help people & organizations implement their visions & ultimately create their own future, rather than reacting to the changing tides.

We specialize in developing strategic partnerships & expanding collaborative networks, allowing for synergistic opportunities for businesses & social cause organizations to mutually benefit & strategically prosper.
Along with this we help organizations and individuals with growth & sustainability planning, crafting roadmaps & action plans to bring ideas & business ventures to fruition.

The uniqueness of Glenn & Company is the combined experience of the co-founders--seasoned entrepreneurial “lens” that draw on both corporate and non-profit experience. For less money than an entry level position, you get seasoned expertise & guidance with direct results. Both are supported by a “clearinghouse of multi-institutional expertise” - an advisory panel of coaches, consultants, trainers, and small business owners willing to share their expertise at discounted rates.
