Muhammad Hammad

Muhammad Hammad has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at GLENTEL Inc. since October 2016. Previous roles include positions at Ryerson University, where Muhammad worked as a Computer System Assistant and Customer Service Representative, managing alumni data and assisting over 2000 students daily. Muhammad also gained valuable experience as an intern at Course Hero, where efforts contributed to significant book donations through the Knowledge Drive initiative. Additional customer service roles at The Brick and Comwave further developed skills in customer support and sales, while a tenure as Store Manager at WIND Mobile included responsibilities in sales, training, and inventory management. Muhammad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Ryerson University and previously attended York University for the same field of study.
