Tedi Rohandi

Tedi Rohandi is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing Professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operational excellence, particularly within the food production and paper packaging industries. Tedi has led significant projects, including greenfield and brownfield plant setups, and has a proven track record in implementing continuous improvement strategies such as Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance. Currently serving as a Council Member at GLG Ltd., Tedi has garnered multiple awards for outstanding achievements in Kaizen implementation and team management throughout their career. Tedi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Gajah Mada and an Academy degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Bandung.
