Jay Thomas

Jay Thomas is an experienced executive and board member with a diverse background in finance, strategic advisory services, and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for West Pak Avocado, Inc. and President of Bellaire Strategies LLC, Jay also holds positions on advisory boards and as a consultant for several organizations, including Piper Networks and Guidepoint. With a career that includes notable roles at Cubic Corporation and leadership in various board positions, such as the Audit Committee Chair for the Walter J. and Betty C. Zable Foundation, Jay has demonstrated expertise in business development and financial management. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of San Diego and a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.
