John Hess

John Hess is an experienced professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in Economics, Finance, and Marketing at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and as a Banking and Technology Advisor at GLG. As a small business mentor with SCORE Mentors, they actively engage in community development and support entrepreneurs through workshops and guidance. Previously, John held senior leadership roles at major financial institutions, including American Express and Washington Mutual, where they led significant technology transformations and strategic initiatives. Their education includes a BS in Finance, Economics, and Quantitative Analysis from Penn State University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
