Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith is a seasoned business strategist and leader with extensive experience in cooperative management and governance. They served as General Manager at Battlefords Co-op from 2006 to 2013, where they transformed the organization from a loss to profitability while doubling sales. Patrick held multiple leadership roles with Federated Co-operatives Limited, including Vice President, where they supported operations for 170 independent retail cooperatives across Western Canada. Currently, they work as an independent consultant, providing expertise in food, petroleum, and agricultural sectors. Patrick also holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Sonoma, earned in 2017.
