Rob Cook

Rob Cook is an experienced independent consultant at R.C. Consulting Services, where since June 2012, expertise includes executive compensation, board pay, equity program design, HR strategy, and retention and incentive plan design. Additionally, Rob advises on Total Rewards and Corporate Governance for Guidepoint and Gerson Lehrman Group, providing valuable insights into healthcare and human capital management. Prior roles include Vice President of Executive Compensation at AECOM, Executive Director at Conexant Systems, and Director of Executive Compensation at Fluor Corporation, among others. Rob holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BS in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
