SAMI SARAN

Sami Saran is the Country Representative for Tanager in South Africa, where they lead efforts to transform smallholder maize farming into sustainable practices. With over 31 years of experience spanning international trade and agri commodities, they possess extensive expertise in procurement and supply chain management across various markets, including Africa and the Middle East. Sami holds a Master's degree in International Business from IIFT, New Delhi, and has previously held roles in organizations such as ACDI/VOCA, Reliance Retail, and Olam International. They are also the Founder President of Naya Sawera Nayee Umang, an initiative aimed at enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
