Tim Fields is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, operations, and business development. Currently serving as Director of Sales and Operations at Rise Up Coffee since December 2022, Tim focuses on growing wholesale sales and promoting the brand. As a Business Consultant with GLG since September 2022, Tim leverages 15 years of expertise in agriculture and produce marketing. Tim also operates a successful Airbnb as a Super Host in Rehoboth Beach, DE, and has owned a glass art business since 1998. Previously, Tim held leadership roles in sales and marketing at Baywater Farms and Baywater Hemp Farm, where responsibilities included product development and overseeing operations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Salisbury University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Sociology, and Art.
