Timothy Masters is a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager currently leading Mobile Robot Hardware Engineering at Symbotic, where they oversee the design and optimization of innovative robotic solutions. With over 25 years of experience, Timothy has held significant roles including Sr. Global Operations/Quality Manager at Casa Systems, where they managed quality operations for Wireless Access Devices, and Director of Technology Development at Pulsar Energy, Inc., contributing to the launch of advanced solar technologies. They also served as Global Supply Chain Lead-Product Engineering at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where their team implemented data-driven strategies that enhanced operational performance. Timothy is actively involved as a Board Member at MARS-AI Corp. and participates as a Council Member with GLG, providing advisory expertise in various engineering and operational domains. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University while holding a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Binghamton University.
