V Krishnan

V Krishnan is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in organizational development and management across multiple industries. As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Havells India Ltd from February 2021 to March 2023, V Krishnan led initiatives in organizational capacity, talent strategy, learning and development, risk management, and workplace culture, while providing key presentations to the Board of Directors. Currently a consultant with Stanford Seed, V Krishnan offers expertise in business and HR solutions to organizations across India and Africa. Previous roles include General Manager of HR at Xerox, Director of Corporate HR at Whirlpool of India, and Executive Director HR at Dabur India Limited, where V Krishnan contributed significantly to transformational excellence and global HR processes. V Krishnan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and has furthered professional development through executive education programs and coaching courses.
