Vikas Kumar is a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience in performance, stakeholder, quality management systems, and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Member Success at GLG, Vikas has successfully transitioned multiple business operations and implemented strategies to enhance customer experience. Previously, Vikas held key roles at organizations including Optum, British Telecom, and Gerson Lehrman Group, demonstrating a strong track record in team leadership, strategic initiatives, and process optimization. Vikas is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science at LJMU.
