Deiwin Sarjas is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Glia since July 2015, Deiwin also focuses on coaching individuals to achieve their long-term career goals through discussions and workshops. With a strong foundation in software engineering, Deiwin has played pivotal roles in infrastructure and application development at Glia, advocating for infrastructure-as-code while maintaining a pragmatic approach. Prior experience includes co-founding Luncher, where crucial entrepreneurial skills were cultivated, and starting at CGI (formerly Logica) as a high school student, rapidly advancing to a valued software contributor in space operations.
