Jeremy Smith

Jeremy Smith is the current Chief Operating Officer at Glia. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Industry GTM at Qualtrics from August 2014 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for functions such as Industry (Go-to-Market) Practice, Partner Success, Customer Operations, and Client Services across the globe. Before Qualtrics, Jeremy served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from January 2010 to August 2014. Prior to that, they were a Business Category Manager at General Mills from January 2006 to December 2009.

Jeremy Smith has a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a focus in marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, management & strategy. Jeremy also has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in Chemistry.

They are on a team with Justin DiPietro - Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, Jordan Christopher - SVP, Global Sales, and Bryan Dooley - SVP, Customer Solutions. Jeremy Smith reports to Daniel Michaeli, Co-Founder & CEO.
