Paul Sheets is currently the EVP of Customer Success & Services at Glia. Prior to this, they were the SVP of BrandXM at Qualtrics from January 2021 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for product strategy, vision, and business operations for BrandXM. From January 2020 to December 2020, they were the Head of EmployeeXM Professional Services - Global, where they led global delivery for Qualtrics. And from January 2015 to December 2019, they were the Head of Customer Operations - Global.

In their role as Head of Customer Operations - Global, Paul was responsible for digital support experience, customer community, enterprise support services (technical account managers), partner support, government support, learning and development, issue escalation and resolution team, workflow automation & analytics, mission critical support, SAP integration activities, and M&A integration. Under Paul's leadership, the team grew from 35 to 200+ FTEs across eight global offices. Paul also launched and owned a global P&L for a new service line that achieved $10M+ in its first two years and had a 98% renewal rate and 176% expansion rate. Additionally, they increased the proportion of women on the team from 22% to 45%.

Paul Sheets has a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a MAcc from the University of Virginia, and a B.S. from Brigham Young University. Paul has certification from The Snell Group in Level One Thermographer, Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business in Global Management Certificate, and Qualtrics in Qualtrics Bronze Certification.
