We envision a world-class business imbued with confidence from the sector to lead the market to parallel upscale residential developments in leading cities of the world.

From our inception as Millennium Real Estate Investment and our transition to Glico Properties Ltd, we have continually pursued our objective of building distinct luxury residential properties at locations in the capital with some of the most exclusive environments. Gemini Court and Dufie Court, in the ultra-upscale Cantonments area and East Legon, premier our residential portfolio and have remained the preferred choice for Accra -based diplomats and executives of multinational entities.

Glico Tower, our flagship commercial development of office spaces and group head office, which stands tall in the central business district of the capital, accommodates well-established businesses including a reputable bank.

We continue to increase the size and variety of our landbank with the constant addition of new enclaves within locations purposefully identified for the future development of our luxury residential housing concepts.
