Sincere Chen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marketing and product management field. Currently, Sincere is the Marketing Lead at GLICO since December 2020. Prior to that, Sincere worked at Unilever from 2014 to 2020, starting as an Assistant Product Manager and progressing to the role of Senior Product Manager. Sincere also worked as a Product Manager at Uni-President Cor. Ltd. from 2012 to 2014, and as a Product Assistant Manager at Kimberly-Clark from 2011 to 2012. Sincere began their career at Uni-President Cor. Ltd, where they held various roles including Management Associate, Assistant Product Manager, and Product Manager from 2006 to 2011.

Sincere Chen obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from National Chengchi University from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2006, Sincere pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at National Cheng Kung University.
