Virginia Walker

Virginia is a repeat CXO and board member with 35+ years of financial, operations, strategy development, sales, and marketing experience driving revenue and large financings for international organizations – from startups to F500 companies – in Silicon Valley and beyond. She has held CFO, VP Finance & Administration, EVP Corporate Strategy & Marketing, and GM North America Operations roles for public and private companies in highly regulated domains, including telecommunications, software, hardware, and biopharmaceuticals. As a 4-time CFO, Virginia played a pivotal role in financings generating nearly $1B. She is Director Emeritus at $9B Tri Counties Bank (NASDAQ:TCBK). Virginia joined the board in 2008, serving as an Independent Board Member and Chair of the Asset/Liability and Risk Committee, an Audit Committee Qualified Financial Expert, and as a member of the Nominating and Governance, Compensation, IT, and Cybersecurity Committees through 2020. Virginia is currently Managing Partner at the Jamison Group, a network of seasoned growth strategy and operations professionals who provide solutions designed to help businesses uncover growth opportunities and develop strategies and execution plans to pursue them, often filling interim executive roles to assist. Her non-profit board experience includes having served on the boards of Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Planned Parenthood, San Jose, and 100 Black Women, San Jose. Virginia has been recognized throughout her career for her leadership and mentoring, including by CFO Magazine, Essence Magazine, and the San Francisco Chronicle. She was also acknowledged by BioWorld Magazine as one of Biotech’s Original Movers and Shakers. Virginia also continues to regularly mentor rising executives today to diversify c-suites and boardrooms.
