Ben Ipsen

Ben Ipsen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ben is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Glide since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at Mintbase from 2022 to 2023, where they supported individual team members' growth, architected fail-tolerant blockchain backend systems, and deployed smart contracts. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Bumped from 2021 to 2022. Ben has also worked at eBay as a Software Engineer and AWF Regional Development NA from 2020 to 2021, at IGNW as an Enterprise Architect from 2019 to 2020, at Nike as a Tech Lead and Senior Web Application Engineer from 2016 to 2019, at LeadMethod as a Lead Developer from 2014 to 2016, at The Flybook as CTO from 2012 to 2014, and at Propeller Media Works as a Senior Developer from 2005 to 2007.

Ben Ipsen attended Champlain College from 2002 to 2003, where they focused on Business, Web Development, and Management. Ben then transferred to the International Academy of Design and Technology (IADT) in 2003, graduating in 2004 with an AEC degree in Multimedia Production.
