Julio Alves

Julio Alves has a diverse range of work experience in the field of engineering and development. Julio began their career at Mecatron Projetos e Consultoria Jr., where they served as an Assessor of Projects and later became the Director of Research and Development. During their time at CI&T, Julio worked as an intern but took on the responsibilities of a full developer, working on a legacy system and utilizing C#, ASP, VB6, and MS SQL Server. Julio then joined AdiantaCred as a full stack developer, collaborating with a team to design and develop a website and web platform using ReactJS and Python with Django. Julio transitioned to Crossover for Work as a Cloud Operations Engineer, focusing on cloud computing and operations. Most recently, they joined Glide as a Full Stack Engineer.

Julio Alves completed their Master's degree in Mecatrônica, Robótica e Engenharia de Controle e Automação at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Engenharia de Controle e Automação with a field of study in Mecatrônica, Robótica e Engenharia de Controle e Automação from the same institution, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Julio also obtained the certification of Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in November 2021 and the Bombeiro Juvenil certification from Corpo de Bombeiros de Itatiba in December 2012.
