Aaron Johnson

Aaron Johnson has extensive work experience in the technology consulting industry. Aaron has worked at GlideFast Consulting since 2015, starting as a Senior ServiceNow Architect and then progressing to roles such as Chief Architect and eventually Chief Technology Officer. Prior to their role at GlideFast Consulting, Aaron worked at Mass General Brigham for over 20 years, where they held positions such as Team Lead/Senior ServiceNow Developer and ITSM Toolset Administrator/Developer. Aaron began their career as a Desktop Technician at Mass General Brigham and worked their way up within the organization.

Aaron Johnson's education history includes attending Boston University where they studied to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Aaron also attended Wentworth Institute of Technology, where they pursued a field of study in Computer Science. In addition to their educational background, Aaron has obtained various certifications such as CAHIMS in 2015 and multiple ITIL Intermediate Certificates from PEOPLECERT. Aaron has also achieved the ITIL Expert Certificate, and holds certifications from Kryterion for ServiceNow, including Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator.
