Kyle Olson

Kyle Olson is currently an Engagement Manager at Glidefast Consulting, a role they began in 2024. Previously, Kyle served as the Executive Director and Founder of Camp Moraine from 2023 to 2024 and worked as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transformation at Grant Thornton LLP from 2019 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Kyle was a Strategy Consultant at Alyant in 2018, where they managed a team to create a strategic growth plan, and held roles at State Street and Insight Global. Kyle is pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and another MBA at CIMBA, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Purdue University.
