Eric Moch

Cofounder and CEO

Eric Moch is the cofounder and CEO of Glimpse, where they work to enable battery quality at scale. From 2019 to 2021, they served as Global Supply Manager, Battery Materials, and as Staff Engineering Program Manager, Cell Engineering at Tesla. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Saint-Gobain from 2015 to 2017 as a Research Engineer, culminating in Senior Research Engineer responsibilities that encompassed the conception and development of ceramic manufacturing processes, the design and synthesis of nanostructured ceramic materials, understanding metal abrasion by brittle materials, and manufacturing scale-ups. They also worked at Groupe SEB in 2013 as Corporate Venture Capital Analyst, at Thales on a 2013 research project simulating electronic transport in a Quantum Cascade Laser, and at DAUCHEZ PAYET in 2012 as Environmental Management Analyst. They earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in General Engineering with a major in Applied Physics from Ecole centrale de Paris (2010-2014), a Master of Science in Quantum Physics with a major in Nanotechnologies and Nanodevices from Université Paris-Saclay (2013-2014), and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2017-2019).
