Noelle Natividad is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Glints since April 2024, Noelle previously held the position of Head of People at Upmesh, where significant growth was achieved by scaling the organization to over 100 employees in Southeast Asia. Noelle's background includes key roles such as Country Human Resources Manager at First Future, managing HR for over 500 employees, and HR Manager at NarraSoft Corporation, overseeing recruitment operations and performance management. Additionally, Noelle has experience in recruitment and business development across several organizations, complementing a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor's degree and ongoing Master’s studies in Psychology from the University of the Cordilleras.
