Ying Cong Seah

Ying Cong Seah is the Co-Founder and CTO of Glints. Ying has also previously worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Agence Tesla, a Creative Director at Arts'N'Sew, and a Data Management Intern and Climate Research and Data Modeling Intern at the National Environment Agency Singapore.

Ying Cong Seah has always been interested in technology and its potential to make a difference in people's lives. After studying computer science in university, they started their career as an intern at Agence Tesla, where they did social media mapping and data visualization of the virtual network on client's topics of interest. Ying then went on to co-found Arts'N'Sew, a social enterprise that raises micro-loans for 3rd-world entrepreneurs by means of merchandise sales.

At Glints, Ying Cong Seah is in charge of the technology that powers the company's online platform, which helps connect talented young individuals with top companies in Asia for internship and job opportunities. Under their leadership, the team has built a powerful matching algorithm and developed a robust set of features to help users find their dream jobs and internships.

Ying Cong Seah studied finance and computer science at The Wharton School and then went on to study entrepreneurship at JFDI. Ying then attended Hwa Chong Institution where they completed their A levels.

Ying Cong Seah reports to Oswald Yeo, Co-Founder & CEO. Some of their coworkers include William - Finance Director, Yong Jie Wong - Co-Founder & Chief Software Architect, and Steve Sutanto - Co-Founder & Indonesia Country Manager.
