Daniel Benin

Daniel Benin has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Daniel started their career as a Lifeguard/Instructor/Coach at the Town of Richmond Hill and also served as a Swim Coach at the Richmond Hill Aquatic Club, where they coached pre-competitive swimmers and developed lesson plans.

In 2012, Daniel held the position of Ground Marketing Lead at Tradyo, where they managed a team of sales representatives and promoted a social classifieds application. Daniel then became the Director of Content at Coachd, where they executed a content acquisition strategy and established partnerships with agencies to build the brand value of professional athletes.

In 2013, Daniel co-founded Avail, a company that helps organizations measure and improve their well-being culture. Daniel served as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, leading the company in reducing burnout and attrition while improving member happiness. Daniel continued their role as the Co-Founder while also becoming the Head of Operations at HiredHippo in 2019, where they aimed to redefine how teams hire go-to-market talent.

In 2020, Daniel co-founded Glissner, a company focused on making phone hygiene accessible and ubiquitous. Daniel played a crucial role in developing Glissner's CleanPhone™ device, which kills harmful viruses and bacteria on phones without the use of chemicals.

In 2021, Daniel took on the role of COO at Social Pros. Daniel then became a Talent Investor at Entrepreneur First in 2022, where they funded and supported exceptional individuals in building startups. Daniel's entrepreneurial expertise also led him to RightBlue Labs, where they worked in business development.
