Ronen Benin

Ronen Benin has a varied work experience, starting with their current position as the Founder and CEO of Glissner, a safety technology company focused on phone sanitation. Before that, they founded RightBlue Labs in 2014, where they helped organizations measure and improve employee well-being culture. In 2011, they co-founded Coachd, a mobile app that allows users to be coached through workouts by professional athletes. Ronen also participated as an alumni in The Next 36 program, which aimed to launch the careers of promising undergraduates. Ronen has experience in supply chain consolidation and new market expansion through their role as a Strategy Consultant at Ronda (Canada) Inc. Ronen was also involved in the founding and subsequent acquisition of companies like Rameco Distribution and Tradyo. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Ronen worked as a Provincial/National Coach at Richmond Hill Aquatic Club, where they contributed to the development of National record holders.

During this period, they pursued an Honors Business Administration degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Sustainability, with a specific focus on Strategy.
