GlitzBee is a skin tone intelligence company building the data infrastructure inclusive beauty deserves.

Powered by the Monk Skin Tone Scale, a 10-point classification developed by Harvard sociologist Dr. Ellis Monk and adopted by Google. GlitzBee delivers shade-matched beauty discovery across 200+ brands for all 10 Monk tones.

For consumers: Find beauty content, tutorials, and foundation recommendations matched to your exact skin tone, so what works for someone else's skin actually works for yours.

For creators: Share your shade with women who look like you. Build an audience that actually needs what you create.

For the beauty industry: Access skin tone segmented consumer intelligence that reveals where the real gaps are and what women across the full Monk spectrum are looking for but cannot find.

Inclusive beauty has made enormous strides. GlitzBee exists to give that progress the data foundation it deserves. Connecting consumers, creators, and brands around the one thing that makes beauty personal: skin tone.
