Andy Bindon

Andy Bindon serves as the Chief Change & Values Officer at GLL since October 2019, focusing on enhancing the organization's status as the leading staff-owned business in the UK. Bindon's career commenced at London Underground Limited as General Manager of Human Resources, managing extensive teams and overseeing critical HR functions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Employment Strategy from the University of Greenwich, a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University, and a HND in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth.
