Michelle Howe is a solutions-driven health, safety, and risk management specialist currently serving as the National Standards and Compliance Manager at GLL. With over 25 years of experience in the leisure industry, they possess in-depth knowledge related to risk management and operations, including skills in risk assessments, policy development, and compliance auditing. Previously, Michelle held roles as a Health and Safety Manager and National Standards and Compliance Manager at GLL. They are also pursuing a Diploma in Safety Management from the British Safety Council.
