John gained valuable experience in talent management and recruitment as an ISC Recruiter and Talent Management Specialist at Textron Aviation. John'scareer began with Cox Communications, where they started as a summer intern. John's work experience demonstrates their expertise in human resources and their ability to handle diverse roles and responsibilities.
John Ford, SHRM-SCP, earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Wichita State University, which they completed between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their degree, John also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2021.
