Tom Stibbe

Tom Stibbe is an experienced product manager currently working at GLMX since September 2023, focusing on access, automation, and analysis. Previously, Tom held the position of Director in Secured Funding Business Design at UBS from November 2013 to June 2023, where responsibilities included serving as the product owner and business analyst for repurchase agreements and securities lending, managing repo change initiatives, and overseeing regulatory reporting for SFTR and MMSR. Prior to UBS, Tom worked as a Senior Consultant at 4Sight and spent over a decade at Anvil Software as a business development and business analyst, which was acquired by ION Trading in 2006. Tom began a career in software engineering at Logica and holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Operations Research from the University of Wolverhampton.
