Brett C.

Brett C. has extensive work experience in the supply chain and forecasting field. Brett began their career in 1990 at P&G Cosmetics as a Department Manager, Planning. In 1997, they moved to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as Director of Forecasting, Jane Cosmetic brand. In 2012, they became a Sponsored Athlete, Amgen Masters Cycling Team and was a two time National Master's Track Champion and a world ranked Concept 2 indoor rower. In 2018, they joined Sun Bum as Director of Supply Chain. In 2020, they were hired by MANSCAPED as Senior Director, Supply Chain Demand Planning, where they initiated the first unit forecast for rapidly growing DTC, Amazon, Retail, and International channels, and built a planning model including MRP to procure and distribute product across eight facilities. In 2022, Brett C. became Senior Director Supply Chain at Ourself.

Brett C. has a Master's degree in Operations Research from the University of Maryland and a degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Clarkson University. Brett also holds certifications from APICS (CPIM) and ASQC (Certified Quality Engineer).
