Jay Choi

Jay Choi currently serves as CEO of Typeform, a form builder that enhances data collection for over 150,000 customers through innovative design and functionality. Additionally, Jay is a member of the Board of Directors at a digital interaction design firm and holds the position of Executive Advisory Board Member for both Gloat, a workforce agility platform, and Shmoop, an educational technology company. Previous experience includes Chief Product Officer at Qualtrics, driving experience management solutions for over 11,000 organizations, and leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, including EVP and President. Early career experiences include positions at FLUKE Corporation, 3M, and Deloitte, complemented by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
